End User License Agreement

License Grant

Subject to the terms of this agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, install, and use Dosy Health solely for your personal tracking and informational purposes.

Restrictions

You may not:

• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the app
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works
• Use the app for commercial exploitation
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices

Ownership

The app content, design, and underlying technology remain the exclusive property of the creators of Dosy Health. This license does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

Dosy Health provides tracking and informational tools, and content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. We make no representations about the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any information provided.

No Medical Guarantee

Healthcare users must exercise independent medical judgment and verify all information before making any health decisions.

Limitation of Liability

Dosy Health and Nora Technologies LLC are not liable for any damages, losses, or adverse outcomes resulting from use of the app, including but not limited to:

• Health outcomes or adverse events
• Medical decision-making based on app content
• Inaccurate estimated medication levels or insights
• Loss of data or device malfunction
• Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dosy Health, Nora Technologies LLC, and its creators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the app, including any misuse or violations of this agreement.

Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Texas, United States. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in the appropriate courts of Texas.
